Send your Netlify logs to Robot Speed via Log Drains. We automatically filter AI bot visits.

Note: Netlify Log Drains are only available on Enterprise plans. If you're on a Free/Pro/Business plan, use the Cloudflare Worker method instead (works with Cloudflare's free plan).

Prerequisites

✓A Netlify Enterprise account
✓Your Robot Speed API key (Settings → API)

Open Log Drains

Site settings → Logs & Metrics → Log Drains → Add log drain

Configure the drain

Type: General HTTP endpoint

Authorization

Bearer your_rs_api_key

Disable unnecessary logs

Disable logs that aren't needed:

✕ Function logs
✕ Edge function logs
✕ Deploy logs
✕ WAF logs

Important: Do not enable the PII exclusion option. Robot Speed needs user_agent and client_ip fields to identify AI bots.

Connect

Click Connect. AI crawler data will appear in your Robot Speed dashboard within minutes.
